A Note from Chef Brandt Evans:
Finally - warmer weather in Ohio!
I'm sure you feel the same way, the winter was rough and I'm ready to fire
up the grill and enjoy the foods of the season. And it's going to be a busy season at Blue Canyon!
The patio will be opening the week of May 17 and we'll be hosting great events throughout the season both
inside and outside at Blue Canyon. I invite you to gather a group of friends or your family and come on out
to Blue Canyon for a little getaway.
I'm also excited to announce that the new vintage of Blue Canyon's Wine Line will be available starting in
May. Our Blue Canyon Wine Line Wine dinner is one of our best selling wine dinner events and reservations are
required in advance.
This summer the newest Blue Canyon location in Kalispell, Montana will be opening.
It will be the 3rd Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern. It's a very exciting time for the Blue Canyon crew. If you are
a Horseshoe Club Member, watch your Lodge Report for details about special celebrations throughout the summer
to kick off the opening of the new location and to celebrate our 3rd year.
