Kentucky Derby Party in the Tavern!
Come and experience the 136th annually Kentucky Derby right in Rockwall! Join the Party and you could win a chef’s tasting for 12 people with our BC betting! The party starts at 4pm with *complimentary appetizers, mint julep specials and wager on the big race for great prizes! Hit the winning horse and win $10 BC Bucks, hit the exacta (first and second) and win a Chef’s tasting for 4 people and if you hit the trifecta (first, second and third) you will win a Chef’s tasting for 12 people! And Ladies, wear your best Derby Hat and walk away with a prize from BC!

*Restrictions are 18 and older to bet, one per person. All bets are straight and must be collected by management one minute prior to race going off. All winners will be contacted to receive prize via mail. Appetizers are while supplies last.

Mothers Day
May 9 is that special day to show mom how great she is! Treat her with a memorable day with us! Join us for our Brunch Buffet starting at 10 am with our fabulous Chef Carved Prime Rib, delectable raw bar, fresh salads, breakfast favorites, lunch entrees, house made desserts and pastries topped off by Chocolate Fondue! Made to order items also available such as omelets, pancakes, Benedicts and French toast…adults are $34.95 and children 12 are $11.95. Reservations are required!

Massage and Champagne Party!
The perfect Mothers Day Gift is here! Have mom relax and enjoy a glass of bubbly, delicious snacks and choice of hand, head or foot massage by a licensed Massage Therapist during our event Wednesday, May 12!  Every guest will go into a drawing for a one hour massage raffled that night also! Sushi on the Seawolf take II
OK- it’s back for real! Join us Thursday, May 27 for a sunset cruise, sushi and wine…not to mention a good time all on the beautiful Seawolf! Sail around Lake Ray Hubbard and relish the sun set as you tantalize your taste buds with Chef Scott’s hand rolled Sushi. Tickets are $50 inclusive and include the soothing sail, Sushi and Asian inspired Salads along with 2 glasses of wine and tax.  Boarding is at 6:45 and sail promptly at 7pm. Memorial Day
 Blue Canyon will be open Monday, May 31 for lunch on Memorial Day! Relax on our Patio and enjoy a delicious lunch to end the holiday weekend just right! Hours will be 11-3pm. We will resume opening for dinner on Mondays starting in June.

Karaoke and drink special start your weekend off right every Thursday! sing your heart out starting at 7pm all the way till midnight!

And leave it to the professionals every Friday and Saturday for: Live and local bands. Starting  at 8 pm on Friday and  9pm on Saturday, they will get you feelin good and dancing the night away!.
