“What an amazing experience the Super Bowl event was in early February!!!! Watching Chefs from all over the country come together to support food banks across the country was an awesome feeling and we raised serious money with the nearly 3000 guests who attended that event to help feed a lot of hungry people! Miami will full of excitement, energy and packed with celebrities and athletes around every corner! DJ and I had the opportunity to rub shoulders with some great athletes like Kevin Mack, Anthony Munoz and super stars…Usher and Spike Lee…just to name a few! Truly a remarkable event!

My culinary career has had many memorable times but this really was a once in a life time event and I was proud to stand there and represent the Akron Canton Pro-Football Hall of Fame and support the Akron Canton Food Bank!”

Cabernet Wine Tasting
Meet the man who Chef Brandt calls “one of the worlds best Cabernet wine maker” and his partner in making our Blue Canyon Cabernet…Mr. Peter Thompson in a Cabernet tasting Thursday, March 11. Peter will be joined by our friends Traci and Carrie showcasing several Cabernets to sample and some of Chef Brandt’s delicious comfort cuisine in this mingling event. Peter will also showcase his 2005 Andrew Geoffrey to sample for and additional price that evening. Tickets are $35 (++) and include your choice of 5 wine samples and 3 food samples. Additional tickets will be available to purchase for samplings and all wine will be available at state minimum retail.

St. Patty’s Day
