To Our Dearest Blue Canyon Customers,
These past months have been nothing if not stressful for everyone in our community and around the country. Our hearts go out to those affected by the virus, whether you lost your income or you were an essential employee who has worked more hours than thought you had in you. We have gotten through the past few months and we will continue to get through this together, as a community!
We have been offering carryout and delivery since March 18th and will continue to do so, due to popular demand. The support we have seen from Twinsburg and surrounding communities has been overwhelming! We are truly blessed to know how much the customers care and have helped us during this time. Because of your support we did not have to close our doors.
As we work with the new guidelines that Governor DeWine has set, we have created a plan. We have decided our plan is to open as a whole on June 2nd. This affords ample time to prepare for our guests return and to ensure our customers are completely safe dining with us. We have deep cleaned the restaurant and are making sure we are following both Blue Canyons high standards and State Guidelines. When guests arrive, we will educate everyone on the proper social distance requirements and sanitation procedures.
We have made some changes here at Blue Canyon and some changes include:
• Our number 1 priority is the safety and health of our employees and guests. Wearing protective masks is required when moving about Blue Canyon, but you are free to remove your mask when you are seated at your table.
• Temporarily not offering Happy Hour and Sunday buffet style brunch. We will be offering our NEW Sunday ala carte brunch starting June 7th with patio seating available.
• We are requesting all guest to please make reservations to help us anticipate the flow of our customer traffic at the door. We understand "last minute plans" and would love to welcome walk-ins however understand we may ask you to wait in your car until a table is open. We also may consider setting time limits for dining both inside and on the patio so everyone has a chance to enjoy Blue Canyon.
Your cooperation and understanding are very important as we are learning together during this very difficult time. We are confident that with our combined commitment we will provide our great service and great food to our outstanding guests.
